Boho Mom and Me Photos | Alex & Deveaux

Most photographer’s dream of families who come back time and time again. Long time followers of SJP know Deveaux has been a huge part of SJP’s journey. This little babe has been a part of an SJP maternity session staring the show in Alex’s belly, one of my first newborn sessions, meeting again for her Mom & Dad’s winter wedding in the woods, then came back for May minis to do her One Year Cake Smash photo session!!! I am so hoping to be able to do her senior portraits some day. It’s so exciting every time I hear from Alex for their next big family milestone!

Most people know I stick to my niche most of the year. Couples in love, Weddings, Maternity, and Newborns are my main focus. Once in May, and once in November, I open up the floor for any other type of photography supporters of SJP may be looking for to include cake smashes, Families, Seniors, Mom & me sessions, small business branding, etc. That being said, I will always go out of my way for clients who supported SJP in those first two years (2015-2017) by serving them how ever they’d like if I’m available!

I literally caught this Boho Mom and Me Photos Spring set-up at Wild Hearts Farm THE DAY BEFORE she switched it over to her summer set. I’m so obsessed with this look and wish I could have gotten more photos in here before she switched it over! The Wildhearts Farm White Room Studio gets a new unique set-up every season and I’m always excited to see what Jodall does with the space each turnaround!

Happy Happy First Birthday to Ms. Deveaux and thank you so much to Alex for bringing her to me and trusting SJP with so many special milestones! I can’t wait to see you all again! Stay tuned for a series of blog posts I’m working on in the next few weeks where I’ll be sharing compilations from SJP couples and families who have returned throughout the years! I couldn’t be more grateful and heart-glowy over my return-clients/friends. ♥

“The cream is bitter!” Jamie said trying the not-to-sweet perfectly made whip cream from Zola’s on our morning date. Just yesterday. This morning, I ordered a triple shot white coffee, half pumpkin half white chocolate, oatmilk latte from another shop. Bitter Coffee. They don’t dump the first round of shots and that’s something I know […]

I’m hopeful and reminiscing. In his childhood bedroom. By the white noise of a generic white fan. Kissed only by natural light and surrounded by our children’s toys. With Trader Joe’s Quiches and Mango Pompelini. I remember the day I snuck up alone. 13 years old, I found his wallet by his bed. I cautiously […]

What a great time to be posting these Tacoma Family Photos at Titlow Park! I currently have TWO more mini sessions available for December 2, 2023 in Auburn, Washington. These are most commonly used for family photos but can be used as a mini engagment session, mini senior session, anniversary photos, or just about anything […]

5:20am. “Wake up beautiful yoga baby” My morning alarm reads. What if everything you ever wanted in life was riding on this? Health, happiness, wealth, joy, aspirations, ability to love in the healthiest ways, and confidence rode on just one or two things you already suspect to be the key? For me, it’s always been […]
