Olympia, Washington Backyard Wedding | Jordan & Ace

Jan

12

Jordan & Ace were my very first couple to have a backyard wedding and oh boy did they not disappoint! When I asked Jordan how they pulled it off she said her Dad got to work and the entire family pulled together to create the most perfect DIY day! We met at the Yashiro Japanese Garden for their formal session and some group portraits then headed to Jordan’s family farm to gear up for the big event.

Their ceremony overlooked the prettiest field with horses out to pasture and one of my favorite arches to date. This family and friend circle is so stinkin tight it was impossible not to capture. The light was perfect with a later afternoon ceremony and plenty of shade to work with at the Garden’s during high noon!

Their ceremony was so sweet with plenty of laughs, love, and celebration. Everyone was so calm and happy, I could photograph this exact wedding twenty times over and never find myself tired of the support we were surrounded by. I am so so grateful to Jordan & Ace for inviting me to document such an amazing day!
