Orting Manor Wedding Photography | Tabbie & Mitch

Jan

25

Another day, another wedding of over-sharing. It’s way too hard to narrow down blog post photos with the wedding game being SO STRONG this summer! I’ve been Tabbie & Mitch’s family photographer through quiet a few milestones now and I love them so much! I photographed their maternity photos, newborns, and now wedding!

I am so so excited to have discovered Orting Manor! This is THE VENUE for Family Friendly Weddings!!! It is entirely fenced in, there is a pool for the little ones to splash around in, plenty of grass to run and play, and the lay out is completely open for 110% visibility! I am absolutely in love with this space. Ample space to run around for the perfect shot and still be discrete, big trees for privacy and the perfect back drop. There is always somewhere with shade for even lighting. The palm trees make a really fun addition for a summer wedding in Orting. I was a little skeptical about the bride getting ready area at first, but it ended up pulling gorgeous vintage colors and romantic lighting. I am SO EXCITED to photograph here again some day!

During getting ready photos, Tabbie had to take a short break to feed baby Madelyn. The entire world seemed to pause as all the girls oohed and aaahed at Tabbie looking like a queen feeding her sweet baby. Truly one of the most precious moments I have EVER captured.

This had to be one of my favorite ceremonies. Tabbie & Mitch’s vows were short but worded to perfection. So much so that Tabbie couldn’t help but jump the gun on the first kiss immediately following Mitch’s vows! It was pretty much the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. The celebrant, Shawn, did a phenomenal job and the wedding party reactions were the sweetest.

Dinner was amazing, speeches were hilarious and heart felt. Tabbie & her Father danced to the song “Military Man” by Jessie James. Seriously, GO LISTEN TO IT. I was bawling and it was PERFECT for them.

We danced and blasted music as late as we were able. The day could not have been more perfect and I would photograph this wedding again and again and again. ♥♥♥

We’ve done pretty well on our summer bucket list! Top of the kiddo to-do’s was a fire and smore’s. Not pictured: Pizza Sandwiches wrapped in foil. They weren’t a huge hit. This was our last family day at Am’s house in Rockport before she moved. I’m happy we were able to make some cozy memories […]

I google myself once in a while. Not always a great idea as you spend more and more time working with thousands of people over the years but I thought I’d give it a go today. I was pleasantly surprised to find my name included under Tacoma Top 10 Wedding Photographers. I was scrolling through […]

Sarah and Michael’s family hosted a cozy, close friends and family, Private Estate Wedding in Ronald, Washington! When I arrived, it had begun to rain. Luckily, the family was prepared with a covered event tent just in case. The rain hung around through the ceremony (with a little thunder, too!) and couple’s photos. Then, cleared […]
